I offer carefully designed street photography workshops and photowalks in Istanbul for photographers who want to move beyond simply taking pictures and begin seeing with intention.
These sessions are not about chasing postcard views. They are about understanding rhythm, light, and human presence within the city. Istanbul becomes our classroom — its streets, ferries, back alleys, markets, and waterfronts forming a living narrative.
Each route is thoughtfully structured to maximize visual opportunities while minimizing unnecessary transit time. Over the years, I have developed specific locations and moments where light, movement, and human interaction naturally converge. But more importantly, I help participants learn how to recognize those moments themselves.

My teaching approach is rooted in storytelling. I believe strong street photography is not only about composition, but about perception — about sensing when someone briefly separates from the crowd, when solitude appears within movement, when a gesture carries emotional weight.
